Roosevelt Collection Shops offers convenient parking for shoppers, visitors and tenants. We offer a large capacity underground Parking Garage for transient parking, as well as metered Plaza/Curbside Parking. Pick the option that suits your needs or let us suggest the best option based on your destination.
GARAGE PARKING
There are two parking garage entrance/exit points. Accessible on the Plaza (Delano Ct) via Roosevelt Road and on Wells Street, south of the Wells St. & 9th St. intersection.

the first 2 hours of garage parking is free.

STANDARD PARKING RATES

Lost tickets will pay maximum daily rate.

Convenient monthly parking is available to residents of The Lofts and tenants of the Roosevelt Collection.

Plaza/Curbside Parking is available. There is no time limit on parking. Customers must pay at Paystations or utilize the Text-to-Park feature, by following the insructions on the signs. If customer is staying for more than two hours, they must load more time via the Paystation or app.
